We are collecting the data we require in order to service your enquiry or property search. Initially this will include your contact details (name, address, telephone number, email address) and as much additional information as you are willing to supply regarding the type, size and location of the property you are seeking.
If your initial contact should progress to lease/rent negotiations we may require references and financial information but the reasons for this will be explained and the provision of such information will the subject of a separate request.

Your data will be stored in our email system and/or secure database for so long as we think we need to retain it, having regard to the purpose for which it was supplied and the legal justification giving rise to the need for it to be processed.
