The Partnership

Formed by Garry Mettam and Tim Ware in 1997, we are a small firm of Property Consultants.

We specialized in the acquisition, management and letting/sale of commercial property in Mid/East Devon and West Somerset for more than 20 years.

We ceased private client work in 2021 to focus exclusively on the expansion, management and promotion of a mixed in-house commercial and residential property portfolio, containing property in Tiverton, Cullompton, Honiton, Seaton, Wellington, Taunton and Exeter.
